At Beyond the Box Therapy, we strive to provide accessible mental health services by accepting a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross, California Carelon, Oscar, Optum United Healthcare, Kaiser, and more.

For those whose insurance may not cover our services, we offer out-of-network options and private pay at a rate of $175 per session.

Additionally, we are committed to making therapy affordable through a sliding scale fee structure.

WHAT CAN CLIENTS EXPECT TO TAKE AWAY FROM SESSIONS

My clients can expect to have at least a few Coping Tools and Action Steps to take away and implement between sessions. They will gain new insights into potential solutions while feeling supported and validated. Clients will experience a sense of empowerment as they discover new strategies to manage life's stressors effectively.

I utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Strength-Based modalities. I have pursued additional training in Neuronutrients, which focuses on the role of amino acids and nutrients in alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety. In simple terms, this approach emphasizes nourishing the brain for optimal functioning. I offer this specialized program to clients who express interest. Furthermore, I hold a completed certificate in Neuropsychotherapy.
